Life will be meaningless and lose its vitality without goals. Goal can be as small as losing 2kg and as big as changing the world. The goal without a plan to achieve them is just a dream. In order to achieve them, goals should be smart which is specific measurable achievable realistic and time bound. Being a successful person is not a specific goal. Whereas, being a successful aeronautical engineer is still close to specific. Keeping it specific will help you strive in that particular direction. The best way to reach your goals is to divide it into smaller goals. For instance, if the goal is to lose 2kg weight, divide it based on how much weight can be lost per week. So that, in a month, the desired goal can be achieved. If the goal is to lose 15 kgs weight in a month, it is neither attainable nor realistic. And a goal without a deadline does not remain a goal, it is building castles in the sky. The other important things that needs to analyze are the obstacles towards your goals because if there is a certain skill that you need to learn or certain resource that is lacking, can be figured out on time. If the resources are becoming an obstacle, setting the right intentions brings the zeal and vigor to work best with whatever resources are available. As, where there is a will, there is a way. Strive for personal power, there will be obstacles, there will be doubters, there will be mistakes, but with hard work, there are no limits. Be relentless when it comes to your goals…
