Now if we go to the root cause of intolerance, it will be inflated egos of the rich and powerful people who think they own this world. The forgotten part is that a child is born naked with no possessions at all. An adult exploited by the reflection of society which links everything to respect and self-esteem in the eyes of others. Acceptance by the people has become the major goal. Anything in the power of a person will be done to fulfill this supreme goal. The reason behind all this intolerance and anxiety is running behind and satisfying the ego of people alike is something that no man on this land can do or achieve.
It has become a wild run or superiority contest where everyone is proving to be better than the rest. Co-exist is the word of past-times. Now it is, I exist while you resist!!
Impulsiveness and aggression have taken precedence over silence and patience as they are outdated words in today’s fast paced world. Cut throat competition, fight, do or die and achieving the desires by hook or crook are the secret weapons. During childhood, we read words like have or have not, the discrimination done between them. Well, it’s not that different now-a-days where you have then you exist…You don’t exist if you have no material possessions.
This war between have and have not who are constantly proving themselves superior in the eyes of those people who really don’t care. It will end only when people rise above this small mentality of showcasing their power and simply exist and relish the opportunity to enjoy as a human being and let God be proud so that you get this opportunity once again. Impress him, the most superior one. Do good, be humble and kind, help others and learn to share and don’t forget to have faith in him!!
